Please read before placing an order.

Prices
All prices on our website (www.equineshowbiz.co.uk) are VAT inclusive. Delivery on any order is £4.50.
Payment
All internet payments are charged at the time of placing the order. Our payment provider is Paypal. You can pay by credit card or by using your own Paypal account, whichever is easier for you. You will not be charged for this transaction. Paypal is a highly secure payment option. For more information go to their website www.paypal.co.uk. All payments are in £ stirling (GBP).
Shipping
All orders placed with the Equine Showbiz web-shop are ordered for you from either the Horze central warehouse in Netherlands, the HKM warehouse in Germany or Horseware Ireland’s warehouse in Ireland. Orders are shipped to us where we check everything is the high standard that we expect before delivering to you. Please expect this process to take up to two weeks. Please note that shipments cannot be delivered to PO box addresses.
Equine Showbiz holds the right for delays during high season and campaign periods.
You will be notified of any out of stock items within the first 48 hours of your order being placed. You will be able to decide whether to cancel or whether you would like to wait. We keep our customers updated regularly.
If you are under 18 you may only use the Equine Showbiz webshop under supervision of a parent or quardian.
We deliver worldwide.
Our refunds policy
Refunds are no problem. We much prefer to have happy customers so we don’t quibble. Refunds will be made through Paypal only and do not cost you anything.
Please use the returns form. All returns, unless faulty, need to be made within 30 days of receipt of order.
It is important that you provide us with sufficient information about your reason for returning the product, how much you have paid for postage and if you would prefer compensation by a replacement or refund of your money. You will also be compensated for the return postage costs if the fault is on behalf of Equine Showbiz.
You should allow 2-3 weeks for Equine Showbiz to process your return and compensate you accordingly.
Lost return or exchange parcels
Please note that if a return or exchange parcel is lost when being sent back to Equine Showbiz, it is your responsibilty to claim from the postal provider that you chose. We recommend that you always ask for proof of posting. Without the goods, we are unable to refund or exchange.
Please contact us if you have any problems with your order. We are normal people. (Well, sort of!)

Equine Showbiz do not store your financial details. If you place an order by post, any financial details will be shredded after the transaction has been authorised.
The servers where we store your personal information (name and address) are remote to us and are stored in a safe and secure area.
Your personal information, which we access while an order is open, will remain only in our office. We do not and will not sell your details to any one else.
Cancellation
You may cancel your order up to a week after placing it. Personalised items cannot be cancelled once the order has been processed.
