THE SPORTY CASCO HELMET

The CASCO “Champ” helmet is a real head turner with its 10 venting holes with stainless steel eyelets for optimal thermal control. The patented process Monocoque-Ultra™ (sandwich structure) allows this unique and elegant shape, by using different materials in the different areas of the helmet in order to guarantee greater security even with its light weight and aerodynamic shape.

Weight: between 440 and 500 g depending on model
Zone 1: Mid-segment Helmet shell and core are fused together into an extremely solid composite.
Zone 2: Flank Multi-layered structure with high tech composite layer and reinforced with stainless steel rivets.

Features a new sizing system “Ergomatic Size” that automatically adjusts to the rider’s head shape for more comfort and a perfect fit.

Casco’s patented harness alows correct basic adjustment in a couple of seconds, and is very quick to use: all you have to do is put on your helmet and give a good pull to the chin strap!

Technical information:

The anti shock core is entirely melted into the outer shell to turn it into one unit, giving it great stability, longevity and making it very safe.
